AlphaDog Hosting Affiliate Agreement

  1. Introduction

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between AlphaDog Hosting (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and You (“Affiliate,” “You,” or “Your”). It governs Your participation in the AlphaDog Hosting Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”).

By submitting an application or participating in the Affiliate Program, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to:

If You do not agree to these terms, You must not participate in the Affiliate Program.

  1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

To become an affiliate:

  • You must apply through Our Client Portal (https://my.alphadoghosting.com).
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at Our sole discretion.
  • Your participation is solely for promoting AlphaDog Hosting and earning commissions on qualifying sales.
  • You agree to receive affiliate-related emails regarding program updates, commissions, and promotions.
  1. Affiliate Responsibilities & Restrictions

3.1 Prohibited Marketing Practices

You MUST NOT:

  • Use misleading or deceptive advertising (e.g., false claims, fake testimonials, exaggerated earnings).
  • Engage in spam marketing (e.g., mass emails, forum spam, automated bots).
  • Promote on prohibited sites, including:
    • Websites that promote hate speech, illegal activities, or adult content.
    • Illegal download or piracy sites.
  • Bid on AlphaDog Hosting trademarks in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar PPC campaigns (e.g., “AlphaDog Hosting discount”).
  • Use our branding without permission, including logos, trademarks, or domain variations.
  • Engage in self-referrals (e.g., using Your own affiliate link for purchases).

Violations will result in immediate termination & forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

  1. Use of Affiliate Links & Marketing Materials
  • Upon approval, You will receive a unique Affiliate Link (URL).
  • You must use this link in promotions to track sales and commissions.
  • You may use approved banners, logos, and marketing materials provided by AlphaDog Hosting.
  • You must not modify, misrepresent, or create misleading links.
  1. Commission Structure & Payments

5.1 Commission Rate

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Minimum Payout: Commissions are paid only when You reach the minimum payout threshold (as listed in Our program).
  • Payment Method: Commissions are paid via PayPal (subject to PayPal’s terms and fees).
  • Payment Requests: Affiliates must request payouts through Our Client Portal (https://my.alphadoghosting.com).

5.3 Fraud Prevention & Charge-backs

  • 90-Day Holding Period: Commissions are held for 90 days before payout to prevent fraud and charge-backs.
  • If a referred customer cancels, disputes a charge, or requests a refund, the related commission will be deducted.
  • If fraud is detected, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

5.4 Taxes & Reporting

  • You are responsible for all taxes on commissions earned.
  • Non-Canadian affiliates may need to submit tax forms for compliance (e.g., IRS W-8BEN for U.S. payments).
  1. Affiliate Bonus Credit
  • New affiliates may receive a bonus credit upon enrollment.
  • Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until You meet the minimum payout threshold.
  • Bonus credits cannot be used to pay past-due balances on AlphaDog Hosting.
  • We reserve the right to revoke bonus credits if misuse is suspected.
  1. Affiliate Tracking & Cookie Duration
  • Tracking is based on cookies. When a visitor clicks Your Affiliate Link, a cookie is stored in their browser.
  • If the visitor makes a purchase within 90 days, the commission is credited to You.
  • If the visitor clears cookies or uses a different device, tracking may be lost, and You may not receive a commission.
  • We are not responsible for lost tracking due to ad blockers, browser settings, or third-party interference.
  1. Termination & Account Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Termination

  • You may terminate Your affiliate account at any time by contacting Us via the Client Portal.

8.2 Termination by AlphaDog Hosting

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your account at Our sole discretion, including for:

  • Violating this Agreement (e.g., using spam, misleading ads).
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities (e.g., self-referrals, fake sign-ups).
  • Failing to generate sales for a prolonged period (inactive accounts may be removed).

8.3 Effects of Termination

  • Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
  • You must remove all Affiliate Links from Your marketing channels.
  • If termination is due to fraud or AUP violations, You forfeit all unpaid earnings.
  1. Limitation of Liability

AlphaDog Hosting is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost revenue, lost tracking).
  • Tracking failures due to technical issues (e.g., browser settings, cookies blocked).
  • Affiliate misconduct, including deceptive marketing.
  • Program changes, delays, or terminations.

Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the commissions earned and payable to You.

  1. Agreement Modifications
  • AlphaDog Hosting reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
  • Changes will be posted on Our website and emailed to Affiliates.
  • If You do not agree with modifications, You must terminate Your account.
  • Continued participation means You accept the new terms.
  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
  • Affiliates outside of Canada agree to resolve disputes under Canadian law.
